Created Release: Hacking Silverlight Control Library v0.9.008 b1 (Jul 24, 2008)

Added Simple Chart control that will be expanded as things move forward.
Added Background Image support to chart control
Added horizontal bar chart type
Updated AnimatingPanelBase to support different start locations
Updated WrapPanel to support horizontal and virtical layouts
Updated StackPanel to support horizontal and virtical layouts.

Chart control has been extended to support several chart types.
